My role
Senior Product Designer, leading the end-to-end design of a high-converting Telegram Mini App – launching monetization on day one— while also creating the brand identity, logo book, and ongoing design system.

A small but wildly driven team of four — a visionary CTO, a sharp staff engineer, a hands-on product manager, and a bold marketologist
The MVP
We were part of the Telegram Mini App Accelerator program, and we had to move fast. Our product manager pitched a bold idea: a Telegram-integrated loyalty program with real, valuable rewards (think Netflix and Telegram Premium). We figured we were smart (or crazy) enough to start with just our vision. One chaotic team call, too many jokes, and a few shared references later— we jumped in. That’s how it all began.
Problem
We needed to gain user trust as an early-stage startup, fast.
Decision
We integrated The Prime design into Telegram’s native design system. Yes, we know — it’s the dark side. But hey, we have cookies.
